Almost time 4 Switerland and France!
Im going on holiday for two weeks on monday and im soooo excited. I will write all about once i get back. I will be going with Chessington with Cat678 one day after we come back then the nxt day it skool>>>>> *_* :( YEAR 8! Amy!xxx

WOW SUMMER! CHESSINGTON!



Hi and welcome to SUMMER! I havent done much sooo far except have some fun with one of my bfs Cat678 (check out her blog). Im going on hols on the 17th for 2 weeks so that should keep me pretty busy!! BUT THE BEST THING SO FAR WAS YESTERDAY!!
Me and my friends (Dannie,Lizzie & Ella) all went to Chessington world of Adventures The highlights were: Vampire (bottom pic) where my shoes almost fell off! Dragons Fury(middle pic): THE BEST COASTER EVER!!! Rattlesnake (top pic): cos there was no queue so the ppl let us go on it seven times in a row!!!!!!!!! WOW! Im going again with Cat678 the last day of the summer hols b4 we go bck 2 skool> :(

Germany
Hi NOW I have decided to write in my blog again and well i just got back from a trip to Germany with my school. Now that its the summer hols i have more time to write in this blog so I'll tell you all about Germany. Well it was very fun and our coach (c) stayed in a town called Boppard on the Rhine near Koblenz (where the River Rhine and Mosel meet). It was a lovely town and our hotel called Hotel Berschlosschen (hope i spelt it right) was right opposite a chairlift and surrounded by mountains. My room was the top apartment and the views from our bedroom window were stunning!!! Bergscholsschen actually means mountain castle. My highlights of the trip were the chairlift and the castle tunnels. They were pitch black tiny and extremely scary.
THE CHOCOLATE THERE WASN'T BAD EITHER! We bought ice cream almost everyday and had nutella almost every morning for breakfast. Amy xxx

SWISS CHOCOLATE HERE I COME!

I usually go to somewhere like America in the summer hols but this yr we cant afford it. WITH THE CREDIT CRUNCH AND ALL! so France and switserland... this is big. Chocolate is major over there plus ive never been to swisterland. just france holland and germany. OH and our skool is going 2 germany and that is quite a choccy country. Chocolate Brownies
I have this yummy choccy recipe book and theres a recipe for white chocolate cheesecake that is to die for!!!! But this is a really good one too... Choccy Brownies
Ingredients:
375g dark chocolate, chopped
375g butter, diced
500g caster sugar
6 eggs
225g plain flour
FOR THE TOPPING:
140g dark chocolate, chopped
50g butter, diced
icing sugar, to finish (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 180.c/gas 4/fan 160.
Grease a medium cake tin and melt the chocolate
and butter together over a hot pan of boiling
water(or in the microwave)
2. Beat the sugar and eggs in a bowl. Stir in the melted chocolate and add the flour and beat well. Pour into the tin, baking for 40-45 mins.
3. For topping, melt the chocolate with the
butter in a bowl like before. Stir until smooth then
spread it over the cake and wait to cool!!

omg SORRY!
OMG im so sorry about the daly but our pc tottally crashed is only just working again!!! PHEW! Well I'll just continue as normal from this point on and tommorow I'll talk bout something... American Choccie

MMMMMM! good old america! and the choccie pizza... thats right pizza. It sounds sooo gross but is absoloute heaven!REALLY HEAVEN! American choccie is much different to our good old dariy milk cos theres less milk in it! Iswell as this they havent had it for as long as we have. Chocolate started out as a drink for the rich with aquired taste. Then it spread to the world! LIKE NUTELLA SPREAD! yummy yum yum! i know this cos i read the book triffic chocolate. there will be a picture of it in the next post. i know soo sad! bi 4 now.

French Chocolate
Well I just got back from France and the chocolate there is AMAZING! They sell gourgeous chocolate like Lindt and Milka! We stopped in a service station over there that sold LOADSA Milka choccie! It was yummmy yum yum. Also there was this great chocolate shop in the town where we stayed that had mazzive chocolate fountains EVERYWHERE! Plus, we bought some special Lindt chocolate for the journey back. Theres so many flavours but we got dessert flavours... Custard Flan and Lemon Tart! Sounds yuck but its great. Like Chocolate pizza but thats another post...BYE!
